Tourism Students Association of Kenya

Tourism Students Association of Kenya is a fully registered association under the registrar of societies of Kenya. The association is also a non-political platform and therefore not affiliated to any political parties/institutions.
Over the decades, tourism has experienced continued growth and deepening diversification to become one of the fastest growing economic sectors in the world. Modern tourism is closely linked to development and encompasses a growing number of new destinations. These dynamics have turned tourism into a key drive for socio-economic progress. (UNWTO, 2017)

Progressive Report

The idea of coming up with TSAK was born by Kenyan students pursuing tourism related courses from Rongo, Moi and Kenyatta University just to mention but a few, after the first ever meeting of The East Africa Tourism Students Platform (EATSP) which was held in Kampala,
Uganda12th Jan 2018r and attended by tourism students from East Africa. So far, TSAK boosts of its rapid recognition among tourism students and professions in the industry. Furthermore, more than 150 members have registered with the association. All regions in the country are fairly represented and the great mind of its members.
